Councilmember ~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g92-04-_ RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE CITY OF RAMSEY BE PLACED UPON THE IFUI~IDING LIST FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS GRANT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is a municipal corporation; and WHEREA~s, the City of Ramsey has on-site wastewater treatment systems that were constructed on,before January 1, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has areas which will not have City services available to them in the for~.see.~ble future. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, A~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th9 City of Ramsey is the responsible party for the funding list placement and the future grant'.application for the Individual On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems Grant Program. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized to submit and sign all required documents for the I~dividual On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems Grant Program. 3) That the area described as follows shall be the planning area for eligibility for the Individual On-Site!Wa.4tewater Treatment Systems Grant Program: Properties north of 153rd Avenue N.W. starting at the eastern boundary of the"City continuing to the intersection of 153rd Avenue N.W. and County Road #83; following CountY!Roajd #83 south to the northern plat boundary of Alpaca Estates; following the northani boundary eastward to the eastern plat boundary of Alpaca Estates; following the eastern botli~rdary southerly to the City boundary. The motion for the ardopfion of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the followhig voted against the same: and the following ab&ained: and the following were absent: whereupon saidtresolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 2nd day of April, 1992.
