Prcpgration of Proj¢gt Feasibility Study: This study should contain a detailed description of <br />each element of the project alohg {vith estimated construction and total project cost. The <br />study should identify water and sewer utility costs attributable to both trunk and lateral <br />needs. The street and storm elements should identify the additional cost to upgrade the <br />street and drainage needs of Sunfish Lake Drive to MSA standards. This feasibility report <br />should also identify ail significant non-construction related project costs and provide <br />funding policy recommendations. <br /> <br />Plans. specifications ~nd bid documents: The scope of this work shall include preparation <br />of the plans, specifications and bid documents. The work shall also include outlining <br />permit conditions from Anoka County. Highway Department, obtaining approvals from all <br />State and Metropolitan regulatory agencies including Metropolitan Council and the WMO, <br />and obtaining approval from Mn/DOT for construction of Sunfish Lake Boulevard as an <br />MSA funded project. <br /> <br />Contract Administration: The scope of this work shall include general contract <br />administration, construction supervision by the engineer in charge, preparation of change <br />orders, review and approval of pay estimates and interpretations of plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />post:Construction S¢rviccs: The scope of these services shall include preparation of "As- <br />Built" plans, preparation of submittals and documentation necessary to secure MSA <br />funding reimbursement, and the identification of final project costs attributable to <br />classification, identified in the feasibility study. <br /> <br />Additional Engineering Services <br /> <br />Also submit a proposal providing for the following construction services on an hourly basis with <br />an estimate of the number of hours required: <br /> <br />Construction Inspection <br /> <br />Construction Staking <br /> <br />Finally, include in your proposal schedule all of the above elements assuming authorization to <br />begin work being delivered on March 15, 1992.
