As outlined in your letter, <br />the propo~edlproject will include the extension of trunk sanitary <br />sewer andi~wa~ermain, and approximately 1,200 linear feet of MSA <br />street ai~ng~Sunfish Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Based on ~ur ipast experience and knowledge of the City and project <br />area, we ~rei confident we can provide high quality services at <br />competiti~e~rices. As requested in your letter of February 28, <br />1992, we iha~e split our costs and hours into two areas, basic <br />engineering ~ervices and additional engineering services. Our <br />estimated~ho~rs and "not to exceed" costs for basic services and <br />for addit!~on~l, engineering services are as follows: <br />I.
