Jankowski, P.E. <br />March 5, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />Our scope of services will include preparation of 'Record Drawings,~ <br />preparation of submittals and documentation necessary to secure MSA <br />funding reimbursements, and identification of final project costs attributable <br />to classification identified in feasibility report. <br /> <br />Estimated man-hours required -: 64 hours; not-to-exceed $3,500.00. <br /> <br />Construction inspection and staking services would be provided on an hourly <br />basis. The estimated number of man-hours for construction inspection is <br />estimated to be 450 man-hours assuming a I0-week construction period. Our <br />hourly rate for construction inspection services is $50.00 per hour. The <br />estimated number of crew hours for construction staking is estimated to be <br />110 hours. This estimate does not include locating the horizontal control and <br />the front lot corners. Our hourly rate for a 2-man survey crew is $80.00 per <br />hour. <br /> <br />RCM has the man power and resources to begin the work immediately.
