Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESt~LUTION g92-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH TO ESTABLISH A SECOND MAIN BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY AT 6341 - 167TH AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, on February 12, 1991 Reverend Barrows of Grace Community Church applied for a conditional use permit to establish a second main building on the property at 6341 - 167th Avenue N.W. for use as a parsonage; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 5, 1991 regarding the request for a conditional use permit; and WHEREAS, on March 26, 1991 the Ramsey City Council granted a conditional use permit to Grace Community Church for a second main building to be constructed on the property at 6341 - 167th Avenue N.W. for use as a parsonage; and WHEREAS, Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code states that conditional use permits shall become void if they are not established within one year from the date of authorization unless an extension is granted; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a request for a one year extension for the conditional use permit issued to Grace Community Church to construct a parsonage on the subject property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby grants an extension to March 26, 1993 for the conditional use permit issued to Grace Community Church for the construction and establishment of a parsonage on the property at 6341 - 167th Avenue N.W. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: I' I I I I I I I I I whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of March, 1992.
