(PIN 16-32-25-22-0007) <br /> WH~i tEJt, S, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution g92-03- regarding <br />Findings of: i Cto s~: for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the <br />following co~ iff ~ <br />NOW T~Etl EF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAM$~' (, :3[NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On i !i ;~ , 1992, a ,C,,onditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br /> (2) on <br />Ramsey (~'C~!')-~James Paulzine ( Permit Holder") to maintain two horses the generally <br />known as:163 0 Alpaca Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 41 :~lOe~: 2, The North Forty, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> <br />Th~s perrmt a~ 1.Ssu~ pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this <br />permit are aS ~f~llo~ts: <br /> 1. ~hi~ :permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br /> ~:orl~lied with. <br /> i <br /> 2. ~A p~rmanent structure, designed to house horses and at least five-hundred (500) <br /> ~u'~e feet in size, shall be constructed on the subject property by October 30, 1992 <br /> ~'aecordance wxth Cxty Code requirements for such structures. <br /> F <br /> <br /> 3. fi'ho }temporary run-in shed located on the subject property, as depicted on the site <br /> ~alanldated received by the City of Ramsey on February 18, 1992, shall be removed <br /> <br /> 4. ~e~ shall be no exterior storage of hay and other feeding materials on the subject <br /> prol~,~ rty. <br /> <br /> 5. ~e permittee shall maintain the fence at a structural level adequate to contain the <br /> : bor~ ¢S on the property in accordance with the site plan dated as received by the City <br /> ~f ~.Rl3msey on February 18, 1992. <br /> <br /> 6. ~'h¢ ~ity Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for:~rompliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br /> <br /> 7.
