In that time frame, the City denied two applications to maintain <br />horses at densities less than three (3) acres per horse. <br /> <br />That the Applicant~s application is the City of Ramsey's first opportunity to act upon such a <br />request since the adoption of Ordinance g90-11 amending regulations and acreage <br />requirements for keeping horses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />USES. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be an improvement to the property in the immediate vicinity <br />and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />That the proposed use wflI be served adequately by essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community, <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, and equipment <br />and conditions of operation that will be deu-imental to any persons, property, or the general <br />welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the R~msey City Council this <br />the~ day of _ ,1992. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
