A copy of this Code revision is <br />enclosed,fop ~oui'ireview. At this meeting, City Attorney William Goodrich requested a City <br />Council poli¢~decision regarding gambling by organizations demonsu'atin- for a three ',,ear ,,erio~t <br />substantial sel~ic-e~ within the City of Ramsev. Based on Council discuss~ion, this ¢ro'visio~n was <br />ehm~nated fro~. Sq~cnon 7.61.05 of the C~ty Code. W~th that excepnon, the Code ~s presented to <br />you herein f01' itStsecond reading in the same fashion as that found in the first reading.
