The following locations are considered unsuitable for gambling <br />operatiOnS!and any request for a charitabl~ gamblin~ licens~ <br />at Su¢~ ~ location will be rejected without clear an: <br />convin~ngievide~ce t~at such a location will not pose unpue <br />enforce~e~ difflcultles, lessen property values of adjoinlng <br />proper~es~ or expose gambling to persons under 18 years of <br />age: <br /> <br /> a. ~reas ~oned for agriculture or residential use; <br /> <br /> b. ~'Locations where the predominant clientele is under <br /> ~the age of 18 years of age. <br /> <br />The Con~uC~ of lawful gambling under license i~sued by the <br />Board $.~a1!~ be subject to the following conditions in the City <br /> <br /> a. No organization shall be eligible for a gambling <br /> %icense unless, for the three years immediately <br /> ~receding the date of application, it has <br /> ~emonstrated that during' that period it has <br /> ~ , i~erformed substantial services within the city of <br /> ~amsey or on behalf of residents of Ramsey; <br /> <br /> b A copy of any lease agreement between a non-profit <br /> ' ~rganization and a gambling location owner or <br /> 9~erator shall be filed with the City Administrator <br /> .~=h the gambling license application; <br /> <br /> c.~ The city Council may disapprove a gambling license <br /> ~plic~tion for an establishment in which ga~biing <br /> ~ ~V~olations have previously occurred. <br /> <br /> d'~~ Limitation of Gambling Licenses. No organization <br /> ~ ~hall be permitted to conduct more than three (3) <br /> i ~stablishments within the city of Ramsey. <br /> <br />?..61.06' Zmvestiga~ion. <br /> <br />Every ~ga~:ization which files an application for issuance or <br />renewa~of a charitable gambling license shall deliver the <br />appli¢~$i0! to the City Administrator.
