Each <br /> pendi~'a~pticatlon for a lzcense shall be approved or <br /> disappF~ve~ by the City Council. <br /> <br />7.61.04i L~cation. <br />Lawful i ga~bling under license issued by the Minnesota <br />Cha~i~l Gambling Control Board ("Board") may be conducted <br />only :a~ ~ocations that comply with applicable zoning, <br />building, ~ire, and health codes of the City of Ramsey.. All <br />appliOa~iOns must be for a ~pecific location with the <br />exception of Class D (raffle only) licenses. <br /> <br /> <br />
