Councilmernl~er adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-02- RESOLUTIOI~ AP~PROVlNG PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR LANDWEHR HEAVY MOVING, INC. (PROJECT 91-13) WHEREAS., the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October 22, ~ 99!1; and WHEREASi, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #91-1 2- awardin¢ thb bid to Landwehr Heaving Moving, Inc. for the construction of improvement~: Pro~Ject 91-13. WHEREAS1, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Ir~c. rpcommended partial payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. in the amount of $~27,~48.05. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AI~.OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 1~'ha~ the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, In.c. for the construction of improvement Project 91-13 in the amount of $327,848.D5. 2) That~ the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the reieas~e form for this partial payment. 3) ~hat!the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 92-02- approving payment of the bills for the month of February, 1992. 4) T, hatlthe City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolu~on ' The motion_f'.or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemb~r '~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor the'reof: and the following ivoted against the same: and the following iabstained: and the following mere absent: whereupon sard resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 2$th: ~ay of February, 1992.
