These parties would also be potentially impacted by such <br />emissions from[a pc[trained burn. Depending on wind conditions, or change during such a burn, <br />smoke and inCoi'nplete combustion by-products pose a potential health nuisance. Parties on the <br />perimeter of theiproposed burn site have an interest in such a permit. <br /> <br />I would recommend considering a public comment process as a pre-condition of issuing such a <br />permit. <br /> <br />Thank you for 9our attention to this prudent solicitation of resident's input as a factor in the permit <br />process. <br /> <br />BFB:ccr <br /> <br /> <br />
