Goodrich <br />Randall, Dehn and Goodrich <br />2140 Fourth Avenue Norlh <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />RE: F & R ENTERPRISES' REQUEST FOR A BURNING PERMIT <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Goodrich: <br /> <br />I have reconsidered F & R Enterprises' request for a winter burn after our meeting on October <br />24, 1989 wilh lhe Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and <br />another vi'sit to the burn site. <br /> <br />The safety issues are the same I addressed earlier this year: <br /> <br /> The smoke going across Highway #10 would cause a serious ~raffic hazard; <br /> <br /> 2.The airport is 1-1/4 miles to the east; <br /> <br /> 3.The homes to the norlh of the standing tree forest; <br /> <br /> 4.The large amount of material to be burned; <br /> <br /> 5. The duration of the burn. The burn will take approximately two to six weeks to <br /> complete.
