<br />B. iThei Municipality shall operate the programs funded under this Agreement pursuant

<br />C, ~TheiMunicipality shall submit a report to the County on forms provided by the County

<br />An itemized accounting of expenditures, including documentation verifying that
<br />said expenditure were made.
<br />
<br />Copies of all promotional materials prepared in whole or in part with funds
<br />provided under this Agreement.
<br />
<br />The MUnicipality agrees to furnish the County with additional reports in form and at
<br />freq,uer~cies, requested by the County for financial evaluation, program management
<br />purp0~es,':~nd reporting to the Metropolitan Council and the State of Minnesota.
<br />
<br />R~EC~D$; The Municipality shall maintain financial and other records and accounts in
<br />accO~,~n¢~with requirements of the County and the State of Minnesota. The Municipality
<br />shall n~air~t.ain strict accountability of all funds and maintain records of all receipts and
<br />disbur,~em(~nts. Such records and accounts shal be maintained in a form which will permit
<br />the treeing ~f funds and program income to final expenditure. The Municipality shall maintain
<br />record¢ sU~icient to reflect that all funds received under this Agreement were expended for
<br />the pu(poses allowed by Minn. Stat. § 115A.557, subd. 2. All records and accounts shall be
<br />retained aslprowded by law, but in no event for a period of less than three years.
<br />
<br />AUDIT: pUisuant to Minn. Stat. § 16B.06, Subd. 4, the Municipality shall allow the County or
<br />other p, ersdns or agencies authorized by the County, and the State of Minnesota, including
<br />the begislalive Auditor or the State Auditor, access to the records of the Municipality at
<br />reas0niable~hours, including all books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and
<br />praCt!c~s of, the Municipality relevant to the subject matter of the Agreement, for purposes of
<br />audit; tn ad, dition, the Count,,, shall have access to the project site(s), if any, at reasonable
<br />hours.:

<br />GENE~A~.. PROVISIONS.

<br /> iestablished by any agency or special governmental unit which are now or hereafter
<br /> .prorpulgated insofar as they relate to pedormance of the provisions of this Agreement.
<br /> kin addition, the Municipality shall comply with all applicable requirements of the State
<br /> of Minnesota for the use of SCORE funds provided to the Municipality by the County
<br /> under this Agreement.

<br />B. !No ,person shall illegally, on the grounds of race. creed, color, religion, sex. marital
<br /> stat~rS, public assistance status, sexual preference, handicap, age or national origin,
<br /> lbo eXcluded from full employment rights in, participation in. be denied the benefits of.
