The City Council directed the feasibility <br /> on December 17, 1991. <br /> <br />meeting you received for your review a copy of the Feasibility Study for the <br />nance Program. Previous to tonight's Council meeting, both the Road and <br />;et Committees will have reviewed the study. Any modifications to the study <br />at the Council level and incorporated into a revised feasibility study, if <br /> <br />necessary, prior to ar ~ublic hearing. <br /> <br />The annual sweet m~hntenance program is intended to address the routine maintenance needs of all <br />the City maintainedroadways on a minimum seven-year interval. The 1992 program addresses <br />this goal. The: ~ro~am cost is anticipated to be $152,700 of which $127,200 will be construction <br />related costs. Finathcing the program proposes $54,000 in assessed costs, $48,000 in MSA and <br />developer escrow f~nds and $53,000 in bonding by the City.
