The City Council directed the feasibility on December 17, 1991. meeting you received for your review a copy of the Feasibility Study for the nance Program. Previous to tonight's Council meeting, both the Road and ;et Committees will have reviewed the study. Any modifications to the study at the Council level and incorporated into a revised feasibility study, if necessary, prior to ar ~ublic hearing. The annual sweet m~hntenance program is intended to address the routine maintenance needs of all the City maintainedroadways on a minimum seven-year interval. The 1992 program addresses this goal. The: ~ro~am cost is anticipated to be $152,700 of which $127,200 will be construction related costs. Finathcing the program proposes $54,000 in assessed costs, $48,000 in MSA and developer escrow f~nds and $53,000 in bonding by the City. The bonded amount can be levied outside the City's le?y limit. Recommendation: It is my recommendation that the feasibility report be accepted and that the date of March 10, 1992 be set for the publici~hearing.
