Ramsey, MN 55303 Re: Conditional Use Permit at 14700 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. Gerald: It has been brought to my attention that there is more auto repair activity occuring at 14700 Nowthcn Blvd. N.W. than is allowed by the conditional use permit. The conditional use permit states that there shall be no outdoor storage of any vehicles except those vehicles that are for sale. That term interprets to mean that there should be no vehicles parked on the site that other than the employee's and those that are for sate. There should be no more vehicles on the site for auto repair than the number of those that can be stored within the building. I have also been informed that your leasee is not abiding by the hours of operation listed in the conditional use permit. Those hours of operation permitted are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and no outside business conducted on Sundays. With respect to auto repair, storage of autos outside the building that are awaiting repair must cease. To have auto repair activity as a principal use on the property versus auto sales will require an amendment to ,,,our conditional use permit. .&mended conditional use permits must be initiatec] with a new application and associated fees.
