To date, you have not responded to my request <br />~ply for an amended conditional use permit. The cost to apply includes a <br />$100.(j0 nd,n-refundable fee and a $150.00 escrow. The escrow is used by City <br />Staff t~ ¢o~ ~er expenses incurred in processing your request. Likewise, if the costs to process your request exceed <br />$150(¢,0, y~m are responsible for the balance due.
