Mr! Ro~t was given 30 days to cease auto repair activity or apply for a CUP. <br />On January 6~, i199~, Sylvia Frolik sent a letter to Mr. Root stating that she would be requesting the <br />City Council ~ s¢i~edule a public heating to consider revocation of the CUP. <br /> l <br />On January 8, [!99~ Steve Lutmer filed a report of a flashing sign again in use on the <br /> property. <br /> <br />On January: i3; 19~2, a police incident report was fried. The f'u'e department and police department <br />were called, .tO~hei i, ubject property for a vehicle fire. The fire was the result of employee use of a <br />torch to stril~' the V4:hiele down prior to junking.
