Commissioner <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN <br /> THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON LOT 5, BLOCK i, <br /> BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />On March 26, 1992, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 9.11.02 of <br />the Ramsey City Code to permit Mr. Dennis E. Harper, Sr., to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14390 <br />Bowers Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Bowers Mississippi Acres 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The terms of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />'I. <br /> <br />The accessory structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any <br />closer than one hundred fifteen (I 15) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be constructed of materials similar to that of the <br />principal structure on the property. <br /> <br />No other structures or additions shall be constructed in the reduced front yard <br />setback unless the property owner applies for and is granted a variance for same. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis E. Harper, Sr., hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed <br />the terms of the variance and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Dennis E.
