Phase I consists of 51 lots. <br />He stated tha~;otitlot] D should be identified as park on the plat. The plat will be served by two <br />accesses fro_~ Highway #10, one at Feldspar Street N.W. and one at Ramsey Boulevard N.W. <br />All lots in the; pla[ will be served by streets interior to the plat. Riverdale Drive N.W. will be <br />developed as ~ MS.& road. City Staff is recommending that only that portion of Riverdale Drive <br />N.W. propose.~) to be developed in the first phase be dedicated in the first phase. <br /> <br />City Adminisa'ator Schroeder stated the development agreement has not been drafted because the <br />sewer and walk. er Improvements w~ll need to be extended past six existing homes in order to reach <br />the subdiviSioh.
