Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. <br /> <br />Case #3: On-Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Sales Liquor License Request of <br /> Drum's on the Rum, Inc. <br /> <br />With regard to the request of Drum's on the Rum, Inc. for on-sale intoxicating and Sunday sales <br />liquor license, Police Chief Auspos stated that all required documentation has been received and <br />everything is in order. Chief Auspos stated that the license fee has been paid for the 1992-t993 <br />period by RRM Enterprises, Inc. and recommended that Council allow Drum's on the Rum and <br />RRM Enterprises to work out that end of it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve <br />granting an on-sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales license to Drum's on the Rum, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was that Mr. Dom of RRM Enterprises, Inc. and Mr. Drum of Drum's <br />on the Rum, Inc. work out payment to each other with regard to the license fee. <br /> <br />Case #4: Adopt Ordinance to Change the Street Name in Chestnut Hill from <br /> Potassium Street N.W. to Neon Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Ordinance <br />#92-10 changing Potassium Street N.W. to Neon Street N.W. in the plat of Chestnut H/Il. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. <br /> <br />Case #5: Correct Recorded Plat of Wood Pond Hills <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that a letter was received from an attorney representing Good Value <br />Homes. The letter stated that the City recorded a development agreement relating to Wood Pond <br />Hills that included a legal description of Chestnut Hill. Mr. Goodrich stated the following <br />corrective action has to be done to amend the agreement: 1) Prepare a corrective amendment of <br />the WPH Agreement to reflect the correct legal description and record the corrective amendment; <br />2) Prepare, execute and record a quitclaim deed for the platted description of the lots in Chesmut <br />Hill. By using the platted descriptions of the lots, the City would not be quitclaiming any interest <br />in the dedicated streets and easements; and 3) Obtain the execution and record a quitclaim deed <br />from WPH Properties, Inc. to Good Value for the underlying description of Chestnut H/il. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to authorize the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to take corrective action and amend the documents to reflect the <br />correct legal description. <br /> <br />City Council/July 28, 1992 <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
