CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 1992 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember S heila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zirmnerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded Councilmember Beyer to approve the agenda <br />with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #8: Adopt Resolution Re-establishing Precinct Boundaries within the <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Case #9: Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Cable Company <br /> <br />Case #10: Award Engineering Contract for Wood Pond Hills Subdivision <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberHardin. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer stated she had a question about the bills submitted by Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. and requested that those bills not be paid until she has her questions answered. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson felt that the Council should be more involved in the appointment process for <br />Boards and Commissions.
