Case #1: Re~q~aest for an Extension to Conditional Use Permit to have more ~ha~ One Main Building on a Property; Case of Grace Community Chff~rch Zoning Admirisff~tor Frolik stated that on March 26, 1991, the City of Ramsey granted a conditional use iP~it to Grace Community Church to establish a second main building on their property at 634] '-i~.l!67th Avenue N.W. for use as a parsonage. She stated that Rarnsey City Code states that a c0t~ diti$nal use permit shall expire if the permit holder fails to initiate the conditional use permit witliin 1~! months.
