Each meeting of the City Council shall convene at t~e tithe and place appoimed therefore. Council business shall be conducted in the following order: Call to order Citizen input Approve agenda Public hearings Consent agenda f. Council business ' g. The order of business may be varied by'. ihe presiding officer or upon council motion, but all public hearings shall be held at the time sP~¢ifidd in the notice of hearing. :: Suhd. 3. Agenda. An agenda of business for each regular council meeting shall[be'prepared by the Clerk and filed in the office of the Clerk not later than five days prior to the ~eeti,hg.
