Fluorine Street N.W. The structure would be used to store classic cars, personal lawn and <br />recreation equipment. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and are <br />recommending approval of the request. <br /> <br />Council proceeded to review the proposed findings of facts. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to delete #11: <br />That on numerous occasions, the City of Ramsey has granted approval for the construction of <br />accessory structures larger than allowed by City Code in the R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hardin felt that the City needs to get away from always <br />saying "we did it before", but that it will continue to change codes and work with the public. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution #92-06-155 adopting Findings of Fact 4/0315, as amended, relating to Brian Sohns <br />request to construct an accessory structure at 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. larger than allowed by <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />request to construct an accessory structure at 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. larger than allowed by <br />City Code and accordingly, adopt Resolution ~92-06-156 declaring terms of the conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Hardin. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition; Case <br />of John Peterson, Good Value Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. John Peterson of Good Value Homes, Inc., is present <br />and is requesting final plat approval of Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition. The second phase consists of <br />t 8 single family lots. The sewer, water and streets to service these 18 lots were constructed in the <br />first phase of Chestnut Hill, with one small exception. Approximately 140 feet of street <br />improvements are not in place in the vicinity of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 3 and Lot 6 of Block 2. <br /> <br />Council inquired of Mr. Peterson if he felt the items discussed in the Staff review letter were <br />"workable" to which Mr. Peterson replied he felt confident and comfortable with the conditions. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution g92-06-157 granting final plat approval to Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition based on sheet 2 <br />of 2 drawn by Cherrier Land Surveyors and received by the City on June 10, 1992 and contingent <br />upon City Staff review letter dated June 17, 1992 and to also include street names to be added to <br />the plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
