Motion by Co~n~lmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution g92-07- 170 approvin~ t~ issuance of a variance from street frontage requirements on P.I.N. 10-32-25- 11-0001 base~ ofl~ Findings of Fact g0316 amended as follows: Item #2 shalll:eafl~ Placement of any structure on the subject property shall be a minimum of 421 feet from th¢i~ou~hern boundary of the subject property to preserve a corridor for the extension of 171st Lane N,~.~thr°ugh the subject property at such time that the subject property may be platted and develo~ to~a~ higher density. Item #3 shall t~ead:: The fee title owner agrees to convey at no expense to the City, by deed, at such time as the Ci[y r~ay request, an easement for street purposes over and across the North 66 feet of the South 381 I~¢~i ~n both adjoining parcels owned by Tim and Brenda Smith. City Engino¢~ J~n~kowski explained that the contractual agreement with Hakanson Anderson Associates eal~s t~br payment for the number of hours actually expended in providing these hourly servmes and .is ~t hm~ted by the estimate. However, the amount by which the actual hours exceeded the .~st~rhate are significant and an explanation by the engineer was requested. City Engineer Jank~w~ki stated that he feels the hours submitted for billing are accurate and reasonable for the amoun~ o~is~rvices rendered and recommended payment of the invoices. Motion by COun¢ilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve payment of i~¥°i¢:es to Hakanson Anderson Associates for services rendered for Improvement Projects #91-~3 a~t g91-14 in the amount of $18,878.45.
