Chairperson Bawden inquired about the repeal of <br />~Frolik informed him that this would be a further amendment to the Zoning <br />~ning and Zoning Commissioner or the City Council could initiate that change. <br />_~0ning Commission stated they want the minutes to reflect the request so City <br />Yit; however, the Commission does not want to initiate it. <br /> <br />Motion carried.[ Mp~ng Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Holland and <br />Terry. Absent: Commissioner Thorud. <br />Case #3: Pr6ject Status Report <br /> <br />The Planning a~d ZOning commission reviewed and discussed the Project StatUs Report. <br /> <br />Commissioner De~mer stated that the City Engineer had not commented on the Commission's <br />concerns regar~n~t3e street lights. He mentioned that the Commission had still not been allowed <br />the privilege t° ~ev]ew in-house projects.
