All subdivisions shall have water and sewage disposal facilities that <br />comply withr th~ provisions of the City Code and have road access both to the Subdivision <br />and to the ir~rdi~i:dual building sites no lower than two feet below the Regulatory Flood <br />Protection ~legation. Prior to subdividing in the General Flood Plain District, the <br />subdivider ~a~ iprovide the information required in §9.22.09. The City Council shall <br />evaluate the! Sflbdivision in accordance with procedures established in and standards <br />contained ini§9~22.09. <br /> <br />9 50 39 '~ Violations and penalty.
