APplication to minor subdivisions. In the event of <br />a minor subdivision, the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the new lots being created <br />rather than the gross area being subdivided. <br /> <br /> Subd. 14. Application to resubdivision. <br /> <br /> a. In the event of a resubdivision of a parcel for which park dedication <br /> requirements have previously been met, no additional park dedication <br /> requirements shall be imposed as a result of the resubdivision <br /> providing the overall density of development of the parcel remains the <br /> same as the density allowed under the zoning in effect at the time of <br /> the initial subdivision. <br /> <br />In the event that park dedication requirements were met through the <br />use of a fee per dwelling unit or based on the value of the <br />improvement, additional park dedication shall be made for each new <br />lot created under resubdivision, <br /> <br /> <br />
