The gross <br />surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet for each <br />exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />Secondary Ground Sign. Secondary ground signs shall be permitted only <br />it' two (2) or more new automotive product lines (automobile makes) are <br />offered for sale on the premises. The gross surface area of a secondary <br />ground sign shall not exceed fifty (50) square feet for each exposed face <br />nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of one-hundred (100) square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Service Bay Identification Signs. Service bay identification signs <br />providing direction or instruction to persons using the facility and <br />containing no advertising material of any kind shall be subject to the <br />following: <br /> <br />1) Ali service bay identification signs shall be wall signs. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) service hay identification sign <br />for each service bay located on the premises. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a service bay identification sign be counted <br />against the maximum allowable sign area for the subject property. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />A service bay identification sign may be located on the outermost <br />wall of any principal building adjacent to a service bay entrance. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />A service bay identification sign shall not project higher than the <br />parapet tine of the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />Service Island Identification Sign. Service island identification signs <br />indicating the type of service offered; the price of gasoline; and other <br />relevant information, within reason, pertaining to the facility; or direction <br />to persons using the facility hll~ ~*fl]~] ..... ] .... ']O: .... {~I~T ~ ~1} <br />l:!n6 shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a service island identification sign(s) shall <br />be counted against the maximum allowable sign area for the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Service island signs may be located on the outermost wall of any <br />principal building or at each service or pump island located on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />Menu Board. One (1) on premise menu board per drive-up or walk-up lane of a drive-in <br />restaurant up to a maximum of thirty-two (32) square feet each.
