By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background,: <br /> <br />On February 12i~1992, the City of Ramsey received a subdivision application from Gilbert <br />Menkveld for ~ey Meadows. The plat consisted of 29.5 acres proposed to be subdivided into <br />33 single farni, ly ~ban residential lots. <br /> <br />On March 2, [9~, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for Ramsey <br />MeadowS.: At th~titime, the Commission recommended revising the sketch plan to more accurately <br />reflect the nu~ ~bg~ of lots that could be platted in accordance with the 10,800 square foot of area <br />required abov. tl~Ordinary High Water mark. <br /> <br />Observati°fi~s: <br /> <br />On March 12,[',1992, the City received a revised sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows. As a result of <br />the revisions, :~eii~lat has been reduced from 33 lots to 31. <br /> <br />In addition to~th¢ revised sketch plan received on March 12, 1992, I am enclosing a copy of the <br />sketch plan ,r~,i~_W. ed on March 2nd for your comparison and information purposes.
