The Thoroughfare Plan calls for this collector <br /> str¢~t t6~ eventually run from County Road #116 approximately halfway between Ramsey <br /> and Sut~fish Lake Boulevards to Trunk Highway ~47 (possibly extending eastward to <br /> Wadp S~Teet). This east/west collector would generally be located 3/4 mile of a mile south <br /> of 153rd~ Avenue and 3/4 of a mile north of County Road #116. <br /> The [;ke~tch plan has 13 lots directly fronting on this collector street, which is undesirable. <br /> Sorn{, stlggestions for reducing the number of lots having frontage on this collector street <br /> would i~rielude moving the MSA road southward and providing north/south cul-de-sac <br /> strceis ~aeking up to the wetland.
