Development standard will be <br />based on whether or not properties are served by sewer <br />and water. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />Jankowski 3/2/92 <br /> <br />F.Y.I - P&Z Commissioner Deemer stated two street <br />lights - one on County Road #5 and one in Flintwood does <br />not meet the specifics as set by the City. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />Frolik 3/16/92 <br /> <br />Regarding the revised sketch plan for Fleischer's 2nd <br />Addition; Case of Jack Menkveld, the P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend that the developer proceed to apply <br />for preliminary plat approval with 1he following <br />changes: Remove the access strip between Lots 3 and 4 of <br />Block 6 and re-design Lots 19 & 20 of Block 4 creating <br />an access on to the non-cul-de-sac street, if possible. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Frolik 3/16/92 <br /> <br />Regarding the request for sketch plan review of Ramsey <br />Meadows; Case of Gilbert Menkveld the P & Z <br />Commission voted to direct the developer to proceed to <br />file for preliminary plat approval. Commissioner <br />Deemer stated that the developer has to address the cost <br />and procedure on bringing 149th up to City standards <br />regarding its length. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />McAIoney 4 / 8 / 92 <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated the Land Use Workshop he <br />planned to attend was cancelled and no new date has been <br />set that he's aware of. Please check to see if the City has <br />been reimbursed for this. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Thieling 4~6/92 <br /> <br />Frolik 4/6/92 <br /> <br />Include the letter from Skoglund relating to the Sign <br />Ordinance as public record with regard to the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that the developers of Mississippi <br />Heights proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval <br />with the western cul-de-sac drawn as a through street. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />Frolik 4/6/92 <br /> <br />Winslow Holasek will be appealing P&Z's <br />recommendation regarding Mississippi Heights; Place <br />this case on the next Council Agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
