You stated you would verify this. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />The following are the amendments voted on by the P&Z C <br />with regard to the Findings of Fact - Fred Dinnetz: #11' <br />"That the proposed use will adversely impact traffic in <br />the area". #12: "That the proposed use will not be <br />dangerous or detrimental . . ." #13: "That the proposed <br />use will substantially or adversely impair the use, .; . ." <br />#14: "That the proposed use will not be harmonious <br />with . . 2' #15: That the proposed use will not be <br />operated and maintained in order to be harmonious and <br />appropriale in appearance . . . and the proposed use will <br />change the essential character..." (The words designed <br />and constructed were deleted from #15) #16a: :"That <br />the proposed use will be disturbing to existing or future . <br />· ." (The words "hazardous or" were deleted from #16a) <br />#16b. "That the proposed use will not be an <br />improvement to the property . ." #17: "That the <br />proposed use will be adequately served by . . ." #18: <br />"That the proposed use will not create excessive <br />additional requirements . . . and that the proposed use <br />will be detrimental to persons .... "Add a finding to read: <br />"Applicant has stated at the public hearing he intends to <br />amend his application and apply for a definite period of <br />time not to exceed 18 months and that he also wishes to <br />withdraw the original site plan." Add a finding to read: <br />"Applicant has stated that he no longer intends to <br />construct those facilities stated as improvements <br />submitted on March 16, 1992". Add a finding to rad: <br />"This proposal is amended to a temporary CUP in <br />response to the City's concern for general compatibility <br />of the area". Add a finding to read "Applicant indicated at <br />the public hearing he had signed a purchase agreement as <br />of today, April 6, 1992, to purchase the property. The <br />Purchase Agreement must be submitted to be attached to <br />the Findings of Fact as public record. The P&Z <br />Commission voted to recommend to City Council to adopt <br />the findings of fact as amended. The P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend denial of the conditional use permit <br />based on the findings of fact for motor vehicle <br />repair/towing service/new parts sales at 14600 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
