N.W. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance for the Planning and Zoning P <br />Commission's consideration to modify the building permit <br />application on 2-1/2 acres or less to require a <br />Certificate of Survey. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending C <br />that City Council adopt the resolution adopting findings of <br />fact, as presented, relating to Dennis Christiansen's <br />request to move in structures onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca <br />Estates 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Following are the amendments to the terms of the <br />development permit: #4: That no building permit will <br />be issued for the structure to be moved into the <br />City unless the necessary plans have been <br />submitted to make the building permit also <br />applicable to the addition described in <br />Paragraph 6 and until the financial guarantee <br />described in Paragraph 8 has been satisfied. Add #6: <br />That the Permittee shall construct an addition <br />to the principal structure that will result in <br />the total main floor living area of the structure <br />measuring at least 1,400 square feet. Amend <br />#6 to read: That the establishment of the <br />structures, including the addition to the <br />principal structure described in Paragraph 6 <br />on the subject parcel shall be completed and receive <br />certificate of occupancy by November 1, 1992. <br />Failure to complete the project by November 1, 1992 <br />will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee <br />required in paragraph 8 of this agreement. Amend #7 to <br />read: That the Permittee shall provide the City of <br />Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the form of cash or <br />letter of credit, in the amount of Ten Thousand <br />Dollars and 00/100 ($10,000.00), for the <br />purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms of <br />this development permit and satisfactory completion of <br />the project, as determined by the Building Official. <br />Change the numbering - 1-5 okay - add #6 -.change 6, <br />7 and 8 to 7, 8 and 9. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Forward the Planning and Zoning Commission's AW <br />recommendation to City Council to approve a request <br />from Dennis Christiansen to move in a dwelling and <br />accessory structure onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates <br />3rd Addition, contingent upon entering into a development <br />permit, as amended, with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
