Forward the <br />recommendation to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding the findings of fact for the request to rezone <br />certain property form R-1 Urban Residential to R-3 <br />Urban Residential and certain property from R-3 Urban <br />Residential to R-I Urban Residential; Case of Doloras <br />Fleischer, Robert Bernstrom and North Suburban <br />Development Company, Planning and Zoning recommended <br />the following amendments: #7: "That the proposed <br />rezoning will not substantially impair the use or <br />market value of any surrounding property" and #8 to <br />read "That the proposed rezoning will not change the <br />essential character of the area." <br /> <br />Forward P&Z's recommendation to City Council to adopl <br />lhe proposed findings of fact, as amended, relating to a <br />request for rezoning by North Suburban Development <br />Company, Doloras Fleischer and Robert Bernstrom. <br /> <br />Forward P&Z's recommendation to City Council to adopt <br />an ordinance approving the request for rezoning from <br />North Suburban Development Company, Doloras <br />Fleischer and Robert Bernstrom. <br /> <br />Following are the amendments to the findings of fact <br />relating to a request by Burnside Trails Development <br />Company to rezone PIN 06-32-25-12-0002 from R-1 <br />Rural Residential to B-1 Business: #7: Amend to read <br />"That if the rezoning is approved, the proposed use of the <br />subject parcel will adversely impact traffic in the <br />area". Amend #8 to read "That the proposed rezoning <br />will substantially impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding property". Amend #9 to read "That the <br />proposed rezoning will change the essential character of <br />the area". Amend #10 to read "That the proposed <br />rezoning is not in accordance with the objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan." Add a finding to read "No <br />resident of Ramsey appearing at the public <br />hearing was in favor of this rezoning" Add <br />another finding to read "The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission received a letter from Greg Ebner <br />and Family, dated May 5, 1992 also opposing <br />the rezoning".
