They recommended <br />reconfigudng Lots 12 and 14 to bring Lot 13 into <br />compliance. Work with the applicant to proceed to final <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />The following issues were discussed regarding Ramsey <br />Meadows: DNR concerns regarding wetland have to be <br />resolved prior to final plat approval. Following any <br />design amendments resulting from DNR concerns - check <br />to make sure Lot 6, Block 1 contains 10,800 square feet <br />of area above ordinary high water. Item #7 of the Staff <br />review letler should be addressed in the Development <br />Agreement. The P&Z Commission recommended to City <br />Council to approve preliminary plat approval contingent <br />upon compliance with the City Staff review letter, the <br />concerns discussed at tonight's meeting and that the final <br />phase will require that 149th be paved from the western <br />boundary of the plat all the way to Highway #47 and if <br />the development is done in phases, the paving should be <br />done accordingly. Work with the applicant to proceed to <br />final plat approval. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended that City Council <br />adopt the proposed ordinance amending Sections 9.22 and <br />9.50.38 of the Ramsey City Code regarding flood plains. <br />Place on Council agenda for introduction. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission directed Staff to research other <br />cities in the area to see what their procedure is for <br />moving structures into their City. Place on a subsequent <br />agenda for discussion and recommendation. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission noted the ordinance ;amending <br />Chapter 2 of the Ramsey City Code regarding Council, <br />Boards and Commissions. With regard to Section 2.03.02 <br />Appointment of Members, Terms of Office and Removal, <br />Subd. 5 Unexcused Absences - they suggested wording be <br />added to state absences from "regularly scheduled <br />meetings". <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission stated that a long time ago, P&Z had asked <br />City Council to allow them to review in-house projects. <br />The minutes indicated that someone would get back to the <br />Commission regarding this issue.
