Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A METAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON PIN 22-32- 25-24-0009 BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE P"-P-~RMIT That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure with a metal exterior facing finish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the property generally -known as 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: The south quarter of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the east 33.00 feet thereof for road and except the south 33.00 feet thereof for road and except that part of said parcel which lies west of the northeasterly fight-of-way of 153rd Avenue N.W. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the __ da.',, of .. , 1992.
