10. 11. 12. Access; It is the City's goal to reduce the number of access points along T.H. #10. Since the two subject lots are to be consolidated, it is staff's recommendation that the second western access be eliminated. Building Materials: City Code requires exterior walls to be of materials that are 50% other than metal. The building to be constructed is proposed to be 100% metal sides and roof. At a minimum, the applicant should be required to submit modified building design plan that would provide for a structure with 50% other than metal exterior facing on at least the east, west and south sides. The building design plan must be certified by an architect or engineer registered in the State of Minnesota. Lighting: Any existing or proposed lighting are not indicated on the site plan. If lighting is proposed, then the site plan should be modified accordingly. 13. Waste and Refuse Storage: City Code requires that refuse receptacles be located in rear or side yards and be screened from public view and adjoining property. The site plan should be modified to indicate the location of an existing or proposed refuse receptacle and the type of screening. It is noted that a property sur~,ey by a registered land surveyor was not submitted in accordance with City Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, t992, to consider your request for site plan review.
