Item #7 of the Staff <br />review letter should be addressed in the Development <br />Agreement. The P&Z Commission recommended to City <br />Council to approve preliminary plat approval contingent <br />upon compliance with the City Staff review letter, the <br />concerns discussed at tonight's meeting and lhat lhe final <br />phase will require that 149th be paved from the western <br />boundary of the plat all the way to Highway #47 and if <br />the development is done in phases, the paving should be <br />done accordingly. Work with the applicant to proceed to <br />final plat approval. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission directed Staff to research other <br />cities in the area to see what their procedure is for <br />moving structures into their City. Place on a subsequent <br />agenda for discussion and recommendation. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission stated that a long time ago, P&Z had asked <br />City Council to allow them to review in-house projects. <br />The minutes indicated that someone would get back to the <br />Commission regarding this issue. He wants to know what <br />is happening with this. Please let them know where this <br />stands. <br />With regard to the findings of fact for Mr. Al Koenig's <br />request for a variance - Windemere Woods - Following <br />are the amendments: #10 should read "That the <br />Applicant is requesting a variance in order... #13 <br />should read "That if granted, the proposed variance will <br />not impair an adequate supply of light . . ." #14 should <br />read "That if granted, the proposed variance will not <br />unreasonably increase the congestion . . . #15 should <br />read "That if granted, the proposed variance will not <br />adversely impact the degree of public health . . ." #16 <br />should read "That if granted, the proposed variance will <br />riel unreasonably diminish established property values . . <br />" #17 should read "That the unique circumstances on <br />the subject property do not result from the actions of the <br />Applicant". #18 should read "That if granted, the <br />variance will not grant the Applicant any special <br />privilege . . ." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-06-121 (Bawden/Deemer/AII <br /> Thorud was absent) adopting Findings of Fact #0313 <br />relating to a request for a variance to the front yard <br />setback requirements on Lot 7, Block 3 and Lot 6, Block <br />4, Windemere Woods. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
