Frolik !. <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Gromberg <br /> <br />Goodridh <br /> <br />6/2/92 <br /> <br />6/2/92 <br /> <br />6/2/92 <br /> <br />6/2/92 <br /> <br />With regard to the terms of the variance requested by <br />Mr. Al Koenig - Windemere Woods - Following are the <br />amendments: #1 should read "The dwelling unit <br />established on Lot 7, Block 3, Windemere Woods, shall <br />not encroach on the required front yard setback-from the <br />dedicated Magnesium Street cul-de-sac by more than <br />twenty-five (25) feet, or be closer than 65 feet to the <br />center line of the street". #2 should read "The dwelling <br />unit established on Lot 6, Block 4, Windemere Woods, <br />shall not encroach on the required front yard setback <br />from the dedicated Magnesium Street N.W. cul-de-sac by <br />more than twenty-five (25) feet, or be closer than 65 <br />feet to the center line of the street". Delete #3 "That no <br />other structures or additions to the principal structures <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-06-122 (Deemer/Holland/All <br /> Thorud was absent) approving the issuance of a <br />variance from front yard setback requirements to Lot 7, <br />Block 3, and Lot 6, Block 4, Windemere Woods, Based on <br />Findings of Fact #0313. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment has requested that research be <br />done with regard to what's involved to vacate the <br />Magnesium Street N.W. cul-de-sac easement as it enters <br />Windemere Woods and report back to City Council with a <br />recommendation to proceed or not to proceed. Work with <br />City Attorney Goodrich. <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Holmberg and his Attorney Mr. Randall Tigue <br />appeared at the public hearing relating to the ordinance <br />amendment of the section entitled "Adult Uses- <br />Principal". They were pleased with the amendment but <br />requested also to repeal that paragraph that requires <br />amortization of a non-conforming adult use. He requested <br />it be modified to require amortization of adult uses <br />proven to be a threat to public health, safety and general <br />welfare and be given a 5-year time frame. Ms. Frolik <br />informed the Commission that they could initiate the <br />amendment; however, they prefer that Council initiate <br />the change if they wish. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
