A financial <br />guarantee, in an amount to be determined by the City <br />Engineer, shall be required to insure landscaping will be <br />completed. //9: '% building permit shall be required for <br />the construction of the scale house and shall be built <br />according to the plan submitted to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission." #10: "All construction of on-site <br />bituminous surfaces with concrete curbing shall be <br />completed as presented on the approved site plan, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A. Bituminous surfacing of <br />143rd Avenue N.W. and Jaspar Street N.W. shall be <br />completed prior to the issuance of the conditional use <br />permit or a surety guaranteeing same in an amount <br />subject to approval by the City Engineer. Strike #13: <br />"Truck traffic shall travel at all posted speed limits . . ." <br />//14: "Two crushing periods are allowed per calendar <br />year. Each crushing period.., operation shall not extend <br />beyond the 10 week period except in accordance with <br />procedures as outlined in Condition Item #12. #16: <br />"Should a situation arise pertaining to noise, dust, or any <br />other health, safety, or general public welfare issues, . . <br /> All testing will be at the owners expense". All the rest <br />will be omitted. #19: "If the site operations cease and <br />the Conditional Use Permit becomes null and void . . ." <br />Add #19a: "Crushing operations will be conducted a <br />minimum of once per year". <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended that City Council <br />approve the issuance of a conditional use permit, as <br />amended, to Bury and Carlson contingent upon 143rd <br />Avenue N.W. and Jaspar Street N.W. being improved to 9 <br />ton standards and the site plan being modified as follows: <br />a) designale lighting plan; b) designate refuse storage <br />area and required screening; c) redesigning the site plan <br />to allow for a 33 foot outlot along the northern boundary <br />of the site and a 20 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />Supply Sylvia with a dollar amount for financial <br />guaranlees for on-site and off-site improvements with <br />regard to Bury and Carlson conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Due to the late hour, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />tabled Case #3: Request for sketch plan review of Bury <br />and Carlson Addition and Case #4' Discuss Scheduling a <br />public hearing regarding the City's Thoroughfare Plan. <br />Please place these on the next P&Z agenda. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
