O. Prior Improvements. Improvements which have ~en completed p~ ~[0 application for final plat approval or execution of the peffo~ance con.act shall ,~cept~ as equivalent improvements provid~ the City Engineer shall ce~fy in ~fi:~g that ~1 s~d improvements confo~ to City stand.ds. ~:S~d. ~ ! l. Construction by City. The City shall have the right to install such ~ t~ required improvements as it may elect and upon such terns and con~tions ~ i~m~y d~m appmpdate under ~e ckcumst~ces. The City shall, where appropriate, require a su~ivider suk mi~ion of a w~anty/maintenance ~nd in the amount equal to the original cost of the img rovemenu which shall ~ in force for one ye~ following the final acceptance of any requir :d l~provements and shall guarantee satisfacto~ perfo~ance of said improvements~, lS~d. ~l ~. As Built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all required imPr~v~ents, the su~ivider shall file with the City Administrator or designat~ r~p~es~tative a ~acing and two copies of plans and specifications showing a~ improvemen~ ~s finally cons~cted and installed. Such as-built ~awings shall ~ ce~fi~ to be ~e and [ac~rate by the registered engineer responsible for the installation of the ~mprovements.r~ 9.50.51 Monuments. Sub[division 1. Offici~ monumenu as designat~ and adopt~ by ~e Anoka Coun~ Su~eyor s Office and approv~ by the Anoka County Dis~ct Court for use ~ns judicial ~o~ents shall ~ set at each comer or angle on the outside bound~ of the final plat or in'~ ;ecb~dance with a plan as approv~ by the Ci~ En~neer. ~e bound~ line of the prope~y~to~e includ~ with the plat shall be fully dimensioned, all angles of t~e ~und~ ex,epti~ the closing angle shall be indicated, all monuments and su~eyor s irons shall be indicated and each angle point of the bounda~ pehmeter shall be so monumentedl ;ubd. 2.
