An afterburner unit shall be installed on <br /> ea~h~melt furnace no later than March 15, 1991. <br /> <br />8. Emergency Emissions Testinq. If, in the opinion of the City <br /> A~is=rator or his authorized representative, it is <br /> de{e~ined to conduct pollution tests during an officially <br /> re~o~ed incident, the City may contract with an independent <br /> te~tzDg laboratory who shall be pea--mitred access to the <br /> facility to conduct tests as may be prescribed by the City and <br /> toI e~lute condltlons of the faclll~y. The cost of such <br /> evaluation testing and reports shall be borne by the Pa.-mit <br /> Hoid~r and payment for such costs %,ill be due %,ithin 30 days <br /> of the invoice date. <br /> <br />9. ~.o~r~tive Actions. The City may order ~-he Pea--mit Holder to <br /> %1~e'~.' eke corrective actions within specific timeframes based <br /> o~..t~.~t results or evalutions to remedy pollution problems or <br /> nL%%~ce complaints.
