Storage of <br />materials which are used in or result from t_he processing <br />operation is permitted on Site providing that sto:kpiles are <br />properly contained and screened from adjoining properties and <br />City streets. <br /> <br />Qil Residues on Paved Surfaces. The Permit Holder shall store <br />all feedstock material with oil residues within leakproof <br />containers so as to minimize potential stormwater runoff <br />contamination. <br /> <br />Outside Storage of Materia%s and ECu~pment. The outside <br />storage of debris or materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Site Plan Submittal. A site plan and conditional use permit <br />application must be submitted for Lots ~ and 3 by March 1i, <br />1991 or alternatively the permit holder shall: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Screen the bus storage area from public streets by <br />June 1, 1991 in accord with a screening plan approved by <br />the City. <br />Pave the semi-trailer parking area on Lot 2. <br />Remove all debris from Lots 2 and 3. <br />Screen all dumpsters from public streets. The nuMBer of <br />dumpsters on Lots 2 and 3 shall be limited to two for <br />containment of office waste. <br />Storage of buses for feedstock on Lots 2 and 3 as of <br />November !, !990 may continue until the supply is <br />completely reduced. No additional or replacement stock <br />may be brought to the proper~y. <br /> <br />~azardous wastes. No hazardous wastes, as defined by the U.S. <br />Environmental Protection Agency or Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (F/PCA), shall be b%Lrned, stored or handled at the <br />facility. <br /> <br />Ash. All ash from the facility shall be removed from the site <br />on a regular basis, shall not be stockpiled in excess of B5 <br />%cna on the proper~y, shall be stored indoors and shall be <br />processed or deposited in an U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency approved landfill. <br /> <br />Ash DisDosal. Prior to the date this permit becomes <br />effective, Permit Holder shall submit a copy of the %rritten <br />agreement or ce~ification from the designated ash processing <br />and/or disposal facility that said facility is willing to <br />accept the ash. The Pe,~-mit Holder shall notify the City of <br />any change in ash processing/disposal facilities within B0 <br />days of such change. <br /> <br /> <br />
