Ail hauling, processing, separating, <br /> di~Po~al and other activities incidental to the aluminum <br /> prOoe~sing operation shall be conducted in conformance with <br /> St~=el and federal regulations and in accordance with the <br /> aPpliCable requirements of the Performance Standards of the <br /> City ~Ode (Section 170.017). Operations must be conducted so <br /> as tolminimize noise, safety, smoke or other nuisance concerns <br /> =o iadDacent properties. <br /> <br />20. pemt _iControl. Insects and rodents on the site shall be <br /> courtS'lied and exterminated as needed and additional control <br /> ma~' ble directed by t_he City Inspector subject to all <br /> applicable laws, rules and regulations. <br /> <br />21. Li~=~ Control. Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. shall be <br /> responsible for removing debris caused by vehicles using the <br /> at~u~um processing facility. Debris removal activities <br /> shrill.be instituted promptly following information of such <br /> ao~lation. In the event the Permit ~older fails to remove <br /> debriSi will%in 24 hours of notice of accumulation by the'City, <br /> ~hei!Ci=y may cause such debris to be removed. The City shall <br /> bll~ ~he cost of such removal to the Permit ~older and payment <br /> sh~ll~be remitted within 30 days of the date of such billing. <br /> Vis~a~ checks for debris accumulation shall be made at least <br /> on~ ~aily by employees of the Permit ~older. <br /> <br />22. A~%~im~m Prcc~ssinc Euuipment. All e.c~/ipment and vehicles <br /> utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Aluminum <br /> ProDe~ing, Inc. shall be periodically inspected and main- <br /> t~ihe~ to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safety <br /> con=erns. <br /> <br />23. water~!Oualitv. Surface and ground waters originating outside <br /> a~dl P~ssing through or adjacent to the Site and runoff water <br /> dis~hSrged from the Site shall, at its point of departure from <br /> thel. Site, meet all applicable federal and state water quality <br /> standards as they exist from time to time during .the period <br /> of ~h~s CUP. The operator shall perform any water treatment <br /> neo~sSary to comply with applicable state and federal water <br /> qua~i~y standards as they exist from time to time during the <br /> person! of this CUP. Grading and drainage plans shall be <br /> sub,it=ed to and approved by the City Engineer. Berming shall <br /> be ~nStalled as necessary to control ~-off. <br /> <br /> <br />
