Opon arriv-=l, I met with the Comp who reported that <br /> <br />there is junk all over the bird/ditch ~rea - all from Danny's Tranny. I observed a large <br /> <br />amount of junk metal ,~ts, 6il, ,grease and other such pollution on the West side of Basalt <br />St (lk~nd right of ~¢ay / ditch) near the South _rrate of Danny's Tranny. All of this v/as <br /> <br />outside the chain-link fence surrounding Dannyts Tranny. It wins a sore sight. <br />noticed misc junk just North of 14!st, on the West side of Basalt St. <br /> <br />Th.e ~ was quite u?set about this and stated +gnat it has been that way since last fall. <br /> <br />He also advised that many %imes he finds misc junk pieces as well as oil etc, on tile street. <br /> <br /> Sst of this falls off of t.,,'m..~cks coming and ~oing from the area - it is not being .policed <br />.... (picked up_ by Danny's Tranny) . ~ stated that th_is is in x.~olation of the Conditional <br /> <br />Use Permit issued t? Danny's .Tr .a~ny.
