Supplemental screening of <br />the Sit~{ rtl.ay be ordered by the City to comply with the then current screening requirements <br />for oU~ id~ ~storage on industrial property. <br /> <br />Off-St ,e~;ti Parking. Off-street parking shall be provided such that there is at least one <br />Parkin '~i ' ' ' <br /> ~ space for each employee on the maximum working sh~ft plus three spaces for <br />visitor p~ging. <br /> <br />Surfa~ lng, ;of Work Areas. All storage areas, parking areas, maneuvering areas and <br />drivow ayii~eas shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished with B-612 <br />concre ie e~bing. <br />Struct~ur~ and Site Improvements. The placement, design and construction of new <br />structu '¢s~i0r additions to existing structures and site improvements shall comply with City <br />Code ~ ~vided within the Site Plan Development Permit, and applicable state codes and <br />OS~req. ¢irementa. <br />Buiidihg~Permits. No construction or remodeling of any structures shall commence <br />pri°~t~ t~issuance of a building permit by the City Building officia~ and site plan approval <br />by the ~git~[Council. <br /> <br />PubhO; lfiipro ements. The Permit Holders agrees to join m a pention for street and/or <br />sewer ired Water improvements when such petitions are presented. The Permit Holder may conduct receiving operations within the <br />hours Of 7:p0 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and may conduct aluminum <br />melt ol~era6ons 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless the operations present a nuisance <br />or rlist~rb~lte;ghbonng land uses.
