Off-street parking shall be provided such that there is at least one <br />Parkin '~i ' ' ' <br /> ~ space for each employee on the maximum working sh~ft plus three spaces for <br />visitor p~ging. <br /> <br />Surfa~ lng, ;of Work Areas. All storage areas, parking areas, maneuvering areas and <br />drivow ayii~eas shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished with B-612 <br />concre ie e~bing. <br />Struct~ur~ and Site Improvements. The Permit Holder may conduct receiving operations within the <br />hours Of 7:p0 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and may conduct aluminum <br />melt ol~era6ons 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless the operations present a nuisance <br />or rlist~rb~lte;ghbonng land uses. The City Council may hm~t hours of operation to protect <br />neighb~rir~ land uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
