§ 9-20.23 <br /> <br />B-3 Highway Business District <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br /> <br />The provisions o£ §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Gas station, truck stop, auto repair-minor, and tire and battery <br />$~res and service provided that: <br />I. Regardless of whether the dispensing, sale or offering for <br /> sale of motor fuels and/or oil is incidental to the conduct of <br /> . the use or business, the standards and requirements <br /> imposed by this Chapter for motor fuel stations shall apply. <br /> : These standards and requirements are, however, in addition <br /> :: to other requirements which are imposed for other uses of <br /> the property. <br /> <br />2.
