The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Convenience Store with Gasoline: Grocery and/or food <br />operations, with convenience gas (no vehicle service or repair), <br />provided that: <br /> <br />1. The retail sales involve uses or activities which are allowed <br /> in a B-I District. <br /> <br />Convenience/deli food is of the take-out type orfly and that no <br />provision for seating or consumption on the premises is <br />provided. Furthermore, that the enclosed area devoted to <br />such activity, use and merchandise shall not exceed 15% of <br />the gross floor area. <br /> <br />That any sale of food items is subject to the approval of the <br />City Building Official who shall provide specific ~-ritten <br />sanitary requirements for each proposed sale location based <br />upon applicable State and County regulations. <br /> <br />That the non-automotive sales shall qualify for and <br />subsequently be granted on an annual food handhng, license <br />by Anoka Co-ut),, or other license, as circumstances shall <br />require, in addition to the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the' approximate area and location devoted to non- <br />automatic merchandise sales shall be specified in general <br />terms in the application and in the conditional use permit. <br />Exterior sales, storage, and/or displays shall be subject to a <br />separate conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 AM to 12:00 <br />PM, unless extended by the Council. <br /> <br />Motor fuel activities are installed in accordance with State <br />and City standards.
